Our breeder foundation uses instrumentally inseminated queens. The mated queens we sell are their open-mated daughters, raised in Florida. They are supplied unmarked and without wing clipping.

A coordinated departure.
Our shipping plan uses UPS Next Day Air. When practical, we aim to catch close to dispatch and avoid extended banking. Weather and production can affect timing.
Pickup planned together.
We prefer an agreed hold-for-pickup arrangement where suitable. Collect promptly, inspect on arrival, and contact Steve with any concerns.
Shipping dates, destination acceptance, freight, and arrival terms are confirmed individually before payment.

How many queens can I order?
Our minimum is 100 queens. Quantities above 100 do not have to be multiples of 100. Maximum quantities depend on confirmed availability for your date.
Are queens available in fall and winter?
Contact Steve about your fall and winter needs. We plan to continue catching into winter, with specific dates and quantities depending on production and weather. A conversation lets us match your needs with the current plan.
Are the queens instrumentally inseminated?
The breeder queens are instrumentally inseminated. The production queens offered for sale are open-mated daughters raised in Florida.
Are queens marked or clipped?
Our standard offering is unmarked, mated Italian queens with no wing clipping.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We discuss shipments within the contiguous United States. Send your ZIP and quantity so we can confirm destination eligibility, the receiving arrangement, and freight. Shipping is additional to the queen price.
Can I order through the website?
Orders are arranged directly with Steve by phone or text. We confirm the quantity, date, total price, receiving plan, payment arrangements, and arrival terms with you. There is no online checkout.
What if there is an arrival problem?
Collect promptly and inspect your queens when they arrive. Contact Steve at 707-404-3003 with your order information and photos where helpful. Ask about the applicable arrival and remedy terms before confirming your order.
